New Menu at Kuma's Corner

Just wanted to let you all know that there's a new chef (me) and new menu at Kuma's (as of 11/2/05).

As a resident of Logan Square I know how limited the eats in this neighborhood can be, and I'm trying to give Logan Square something fantastic close to home.

I hope anyone who found the old menu predictable will give us another chance, as I believe this menu is far superior to the old one. I am a little biased, I suppose, but the Daily Herald seemed to love it (11/25/05).

Give us another try - you might be surprised!
