Hot Dog Professional Info Needed Please

Hi guys, I am seeking answers to 2 questions I have.

1) Is there a meat/hot dog processor that will custom process to my restaurant specs/desires with some kind of quantity and consistency orders that you can refer me to?

2) Is there a hot dog wholesaler that has extremely high quality extra large, approx. 10-12" and about 1 pound dogs for my restaurant use of speciality gourmet dogs??

Hi,

Usingers and Vienna both make custom sausages.

At Usingers, they will private label. At Vienna, I have seen a few leftovers from custom runs in the company store.

Ream's Meat Market in Elburn has the equipment do it. You have to ask, if they will.
