chefs assistants for one/two day job

hello! (posting in shopping & cooking in hopes of luring some cooks to help out...)

we are ambitious cooks who often host large gatherings, and we have one coming up for which we're going to need some help.

we will be roasting a whole pig (which we've done before) and preparing accompanying dishes, to feed a crowd of 80-100.

we're looking to hire one or two people to assist us in our home before the party - lots of chopping (and some cooking) for the accompanying dishes, along with some pig turning and pig carving for the main event.

we'd pay a going rate per hour, plus, of course, food!

What is the date/time of the event?

the event is sat sept 16th in the evening. the turning and carving assistant would need to be available until around 8pm. the chopping/cooking could be friday, or during the day saturday.
