Rhine Hall Distillery (located at 2010 W. Fulton, near the West Loop) will be hosting the young and extremely talented chef Jeff Williams -back in Chicago after a recent stint at Faviken, with Willow’s Inn and Luksus under his belt.
He will serve up a 6 course tasting menu inspired by his recent culinary excursions but also influenced by his childhood on Cape Cod. The highly refined, but down to earth menu will be accompanied by Rhine Hall’s classic and specialty cocktails using all homemade syrups and bitters.
The dinner is priced at $95/person and includes 4 cocktails. Reservations are limited to 12 people.
