Post #6 - February 5th, 2016, 10:47 amI was lucky enough to attend the first of these tastings. (Full disclosure: my company is creating the website for Aviva). Here are a couple of dishes that we were served.
Branzino
saffron, tomatoes, Israeli couscous, marcona almond-herb salad
Pequillo Rellenos
braised pork shoulder, idiazabel, toasted almonds over gigante beans in hock stock
