I have been invited to be part of a culinary think tank tomorrow. The topic is "HOW DO WE CULTIVATE THE NEXT ROUND OF JAMES BEARD AWARD WINNING ARTISTS IN CHICAGO?" I think this is a pretty difficult question and I was hoping to hear any thoughts you might have. Thank you.
