Shall we extend our food chat to Turkey?
Please do, and join me on my annual culinary pilgrimage to Turkey from September 8-16. The itinerary is now ready and can be viewed at:

We also have a couple of short videos taken by a participant on the 2013 tour on our website. You'll see footage here of some of our food activities, meals, and sites visited, and more.
http://www.eatsmartguides.com/turkey.htmlThis culinary odyssey through ancient, Ottoman, and modern Turkey includes cooking classes and demonstrations, and visits to food and spice markets. We'll enjoy special menus selected just for our group. Participants will acquire an insight into Turkey's culinary traditions and a deep appreciation of the magnitude of history and culture that this ancient land possesses. Note, though, that it’s not all about food—we'll visit the major tourist sights of Istanbul, the Mediterranean, and magical Cappadocia and still have time to relax along the way.
Kind regards,
