Assorted Breads, Muffins, Biscuits, Corn Bread, Fresh Fruit
Sautéed Shrimp, Simmered in Basil Cream, served in Phyllo Cup, Sliced Tomatoes and Avocado
Caramelized Apples , Green Bean Salad, tossed with Asiago Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Beet Eggs
Choice of:
Rack of Lamb, Rosemary Jus
Seared Peppercorn Steak, Marsala Sauce
Toasted Salmon, Mustard Sauce
-all are served with Poached Egg in a Pastry Basket, Light Hollandaise
