Thurk dining- Seeking places for future dinners

I recently created Thurk, an underground restaurant built around dining that is simple, focused, and regional. Dinners for the rest of October are planned but I am in search of spaces to have dinners during the months of November and December.

If you have any interest in allowing Thurk to do a dinner in your space or simply know of a space that would be available in the near future I would greatly appreciate hearing about it. I am interested in doing dinners for 8-12 people that are 10-12 courses in length. Thank you for your interest.

There is a kitchen located under Mon Ami Gabi in Lincoln Park that is sometimes available to rent. Perfect room for 8-12ppl

Call Charlie Baggs at 1-773-225-8244. Not sure of current rental fee.

Actually, Thurk as we know it is coming to an end. Per Justin's Facebook post today:

"First off I just wanted to say Thank you for all of the support of the past 8 months of dinners, it has been a pleasure to cook for all of you! That said the dinners on August 23rd and August 30th will be the last two that I will be doing out of our space. Please make your reservations through the wufoo link below to join us for the last two Thurk dinners!

I will not be traveling to Belgium anymore this fall but rather I will be joining Tony and Ethan in opening Cellar Door Provisions !!" ....
