Happy Cooking Soft Biscotti

Im the owner of a start up baking company. We do soft biscotti, brownies, focaccia, muffins, and pound cakes. What I am looking for is someone who can assist me in locating a permenant commercial kitchen space, packaging design (we have a packaging that I do by hand at the current time) marketing and the like.
