    I've been talking with Francesco and his wife about setting up a program in Italy for our company's chefs and our customer chefs. This program is available to everyone! And for professionals, it will also qualify for ACF credits.

    These dynamic 3-week courses open to food culinary students and graduates, food industry professionals and advanced amateur cooks, have been created to offer shorter more flexible culinary program options.

    In addition, participants who attend (3) different 3-week courses will earn the Slow Food – Master Italian Cooking Program certificate granted by Marche Region and the Italian Ministry of Labor – the same certificate awarded to attendees of the 10-week program.

    sounds amazing.

    i actually lived and worked in italy for a year, and did a lot of the tours and visits they mention independently, but i'd love to do them within the context of a slow-food class.

    see if you can get your company to foot the bill for me, wouldja?
