Hi, guys. I'm in Italy right now, enjoying the sun and the beach after an interesting week spent at the Food EXPO 2015 in Milan, and I know that you are enjoying water as well in Chicago, but a different kind of water

As I mentioned in my previous post, Rita Loccisano is coming to Chicago this July. We are organizing with Eataly Chicago at least 2 events: an open demonstration at the Piazza, (second floor) probably on Sunday 7/12 from 12-2 (but please wait for confirmation) and a hands-on class probably on Monday 20th around 6:30 pm (again wait for a formal message by Eataly).
We are so excited! On Sunday and Monday Rita will sign your copy of her book, if you buy it during those days (please contact me if you want to reserve a copy of the book, because we will ship it from Italy in a limited quantity).

As soon as Rita has to stay here in US for long time recording her show for FoodNetwork..
We can plan a tour revisiting local specialties with the VisualFood approach, like she did for Easter with this cute vegetarian Lamb

Hi Guys, we finally set the dates for a two hour demonstration at Eataly Chicago (43 E Ohio St, Chicago, IL 60611).
Eataly was happy to host our demos and we thought that an open and free event it would have been better than classes to promote our discipline.
So, if you want to discover something new about food, if you want to be amazed by the creations of Rita Loccisano, and see her transforming food into masterpieces, please come join us at Eataly's piazza (2nd floor) on
Saturday July 11th from 12:00 to 2:00pm
Sunday July 12th from 12:00 to 2:00pm
