We are very excited to host Hugh Acheson next week Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 7:30 at our shop at 1512 North Wells. We are preparing tastings from recipes in his new book, The Broad Fork, which is focused on the fresh veggies and fruit you might buy at the farmers' market. We are serving Apple Cabbage Slaw, Pickled Shrimp on Butter Lettuce, Roasted Poblano Pecan Guacamole, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Bok Choy and Curried Tomatoes and Pecan Pralines.
