Catering Kitchen

Hello all, I am interested in having a small catering company in this great city we call Chicago. Let me state first that i do not want a store front! I also do not want to rent a kitchen by the hour ( wouldn't mind leasing monthly)! Im looking for a kitchen, not a large kitchen, this will only be a ten man operation! Does anyone know if a place like this is real? In the city, or close would be great. Doesn't have to be in the "best neighborhood" Just looking to have a small kitchen that will be up to code and usable. Thank you
