I don't think it does. I think one actually needs HACCP training and certification to do this commercially.

Post #4 - November 5th, 2012, 2:55 pmYea, I have been making a LARGE amount of bacon, that is pretty universally loved. Trying to think or figure out something better than eating it all and sending me into an early grave.
I already know what everyone is getting for Christmas
