- Chef Markus Ford of Élever Chicago hosts his third “Pop Up” restaurant on Saturday, October 13 at The Centered Chef, 177 North Ada Street in Chicago beginning at 5 p.m. with seatings every hour until 9 p.m.
From his travels around the world, Ford presents fine dining in an exclusive, one night only event in an urban, chic loft space for up to 200 guests. Ford brings his discoveries from Europe, Central and South America, the Middle East and the UK to life through his travel inspired event.
Economy Class $65
