NYC Catering

Does anyone know of a commercial kitchen space in NYC that is available for rental?

My partner & I have been approached with an opportunity to cater a mid-size wedding in Oct/07. We're in Chicago and why these people feel the need to hire chefs from a geographically undesireable location is beyond the realms of our thought process.........but business is business!
