Divisive pizza. The flavor on the nduja pie is unimpeachable: smoky, spicy, big. That "grandmother" style dough/crust, tho: soft to the point of pillowy. Described as "cafeteria-style" by one of us.

The burger: excellent. Given that it was ordered as takeout and lukewarm when eaten, I can't objectively compare with/assess against Owen & Engine, but it's definitely in the same league, if not better.

Yeah I would agree with the soft...maybe too soft...description. We had a couple pieces for dinner and generally did really like it. The salad is also very tasty if not a little basic.

But we left it out for a while and after a movie came back to heat up a couple more pieces. We put them in a dry skillet (there enough fat in the crust) on low with a lid on. That crisped the bottom up really nicely while still leaving the interior soft and pillowy. They were dramatically more delicious the 2nd time.

We had two TDS pizzas last night, cheese; and goat cheese, pesto, and roasted vegetables. Outstanding.

Pizza is very good as reported. I'll also suggest people take a look at the wine list. They are among many (Websters Wine Bar, etc.) offering discounts to retail. The difference is that in a normal world many of these bottles don't end up at retail, or at least not much of the wine. And I think they need the extra cash flow now more than most wine shops, although that might not be a universal statement.
