Pulled pork a-comin'

I have no idea of the quality of Smokin' Ed's relative to other southern pulled pork establishments, but I was informed at this local, small operation outside Nashville, that Smokin' Ed's is currently scouting a Chicago location. They have four or five locations in TN right now, and I found their BBQ very enjoyable.

Here is a bit more about Smokin' Ed's in the context of a weekend journey to the Bonnaroo Music Festival.

It's shrunk so far, it dsoesn't even show up Are you sure you posted the correct URL?

Hmmm...it appears Yahoo is not a good host at all for pics. Upon further review, they append links to photos in their albums with a 16-digit access code of sorts that changes after some time interval. I'll keep an eye out for a place to put pics and images.
