Assuming it is similar to the four seasons brunch (same parent company) which I had last year you will be in for a treat.
80 always seems a little steep for a meal unless you are at Trotters, Tru, or Trio, but it is definitely an experience.
Don't expect innovative fare, but expect a top notch service experience with top level classic foods.
Beignets, crepes, prime rib, goat cheese stuffed mushrooms, caviar, crab claws, sushi, eggs benedict, souffles, brulees etc...
it is honestly a feast of the imagination. Abstain from eating for at least 24 hours!
